Wharton turning his interest in Beale Street over to the city however, in today’s newspaper, Memphis can sell Beale Street entertainment district, Wharton says » The Commercial Appeal, it is revealed that an agreement will be signed sometime next week.
Mayor Wharton, yesterday, announced his hypothetical ideas about Beale Street’s future, giving shadow directions to his 31 member handpicked committee, and made claims that Beale Street Development Corp would disband.
Again, Mayor Wharton has shown that he is feeble, deceitful, and dishonest.
